Joe Banet’s creative journey began in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana, where his passion for art and anything creative often eclipsed traditional schoolwork. A childhood plan to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design took an unexpected detour when Joe enrolled in the culinary program at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. But art was never far from his heart—after all, the culinary world is its own vibrant canvas.

Throughout his career, Joe honed his culinary craft in kitchens across Louisville, Dallas, and Los Angeles, immersing himself in a kaleidoscope of cuisines and cultures.
